Birth Assistant Scholarship
There are many roles that make up a good birth team. With the goal of creating more Midwives, that also means we will need more Birth Assistants. With this Scholarship you will be able to choose your certification organization.
Qualifications:
Must be Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color (BIPOC)
CPR Certified
NRP Certified
Must Reside in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) Area
Must plan to support local families in the DMV Area
Must have attended a minimum of three births (in any capacity: doula or family/friend)
